Returns and Refunds Policy for Flowra Jewels

Thank you for shopping at Flowra Jewels. We take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our process regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns Window & Eligibility
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or used only for trial
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- In its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- You must have the original invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition :
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Gift Cards
- Items returned without original tags or with signs of wear and tear
3. Defective / Damaged Items
We quality-check every piece before it leaves our studio. However, in the rare event you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at www.flowrajewels.com
- Please provide your order number and a clear photograph of the damage or defect .
- We will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund .
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact our customer support team at www.flowrajewels.com
- with the subject line "Return Request - [Order Number]".
- Provide Details: In the email, please let us know the reason for the return and include photos if applicable (e.g., for damaged items).
- Get Approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return ID and instructions on where to send the package .
- Pack Securely: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and the invoice. Circle the returned item on the invoice .
Important: Please do not send your return back to us without first contacting us and receiving a Return ID. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted .
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, don't like it): The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable .
- If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item: We will cover the cost of return shipping .
For your protection and to ensure the item reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
6. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of the status. A quality check will be performed to ensure the item meets the eligibility conditions mentioned in Section 1 .
- Refunds: If your return is approved for a refund, the purchase amount (excluding original shipping charges, if any) will be credited to your original payment method or bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery) . Please note, it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/credit card issuer's processing times .
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange the item for a different design or size, please let us know in your initial email. We will guide you through the process. You may be required to return the original item before a new one is sent .
- Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer a store credit (e-gift card) as an alternative to a refund, which is often valid for 365 days and can be used for future purchases .
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. To cancel, please email us at www.flowrajewels.com
